Structure and roles of the companies

Era Peremen is a single editorial and technology project served by two separate legal entities under common ultimate ownership.

Limited Liability Company “Analytical Agency Era of Changes” manages the Russian-language edition and the corresponding local payment routes. Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC manages the brand, the English-language and other non-Russian editions, and the corresponding global payment routes.

Each company receives rights in identified language editions directly from authors and other rights holders through electronically accepted agreements linked to the relevant works. The shared Website and technical infrastructure do not create an automatic transfer of rights or reciprocal settlement between the companies.

The companies do not form a joint venture, do not receive revenue for each other, keep separate bank accounts, contracts, books, and tax reporting, and are responsible for their own transactions. The relevant Seller is identified before payment and in the receipt.

Where a separate Merchant of Record is identified as Seller on the checkout page and receipt, that Merchant of Record receives the payment and performs the applicable indirect-tax obligations under its own terms.
