This page summarises the current process for documenting rights in Era Peremen editorial materials. The legally operative instrument is the complete personalised text that a registered author reviews and accepts in their account before publication.

Who accepts and what is covered

The agreement is accepted by the registered user who created a specific existing work. It does not transfer rights in future works: each new work is accepted separately after it has been created.

For previously created materials, the system may display a one-time personal manifest containing IDs, titles, dates, and checksums. The author signs on the actual current date, confirms prior authorised use from the recorded historical publication dates, and does not alter the agreement date. Once accepted, the manifest disappears from the author's interface and remains only in the protected administrative evidence log.

Direct allocation of language rights

The author directly grants Analytical Agency Era of Changes OsOO the exclusive economic rights to commercially and non-commercially use the Russian-language edition of the identified work.

The author directly grants Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC the exclusive right to translate the work into English and other languages except Russian, together with the exclusive economic rights to use the resulting non-Russian editions.

These direct grants are not a transfer of rights between the companies, a reciprocal licence, agency, joint venture, or revenue-sharing arrangement. Each company uses only rights obtained directly from the author or another lawful rights holder.

Authorship and editorial publication

Initial authorship and mandatory moral rights remain with the author. The author permits publication without a personal byline or under the editorial designation “Era Peremen Editorial Team”. WordPress may automatically identify an editorial account as the public publisher while retaining the original author in the internal evidence log.

The granted rights include publication, subscription access, distribution, communication to the public, formatting, abridgement, updating, editorial adaptation, translation, and creation of other formats within the relevant language edition. The author may not republish or relicense an exclusively granted edition without the relevant rights holder's written permission.

Gratuitous grant

The Author voluntarily and gratuitously grants OsOO and LLC the rights expressly specified in this Agreement.

Electronic signature and evidence

The signature consists of authentication under the author's personal account, a separate affirmative checkbox, and submission of a protected form. The system records the complete signed text, version and SHA-256, the identified work or personal manifest, user, original author, designated publisher, timestamp, and linked chain of checksums.

Plugin settings, event logs, and administrative data are available only to administrators. Authors are not provided with a separate archive, export tool, or confirmation dashboard. Evidence is disclosed only to the extent required by mandatory law or reasonably necessary to assert or defend lawful claims.

The agreement governs rights in identified works and does not by itself determine the employment, contractor, or tax status of any other factual relationship. Mandatory author rights remain unaffected.
