Copyright Policy
Edition dated 27 August 2026. This Policy describes rights in editorial materials, language editions, and technical components used on eraperemen.info.
1. Rights holders in editorial materials and the brand
Rights in the Era Peremen brand are owned or lawfully used by Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC.
Rights in identified editorial materials are granted directly by authors and other rights holders by language edition. Analytical Agency Era of Changes OsOO receives the exclusive economic rights to commercially and non-commercially use the Russian-language edition. Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC receives the translation right and the exclusive economic rights to commercially and non-commercially use the resulting English-language and other non-Russian editions. The exact scope, term, and territory are determined by an electronically accepted gratuitous author agreement identifying a specific existing work.
Mandatory moral rights and initial authorship remain with the author. The author may permit publication without a personal byline or under the designation “Era Peremen Editorial Team”; the internal evidence log retains the original author.
2. Software platform and third-party materials
Rights in individual software components, design, technical documentation, photographs, video, databases, and commissioned development may belong to the relevant developers, authors, licensors, OsOO, or LLC. Such items are used under law, licence, or contract.
3. Separation of company rights
OsOO and LLC are separate legal entities. Their rights in language editions arise directly from authors and other rights holders. Use of a common website, domain, brand, software infrastructure, user account, and technical synchronisation does not by itself transfer copyright or revenue between the companies. Any intercompany service, provision of an asset, shared cost, or other transaction that actually exists must be separately accounted for and documented to the extent required by applicable law.
LLC may technically store and process the Russian source text only for translation, quality control, synchronisation, backup, and rights protection. This technical use does not authorise LLC independently to sell access to the Russian-language edition.
4. Author confirmations
After creating each new work, the author accepts the Author Agreement under the author's authenticated account. For previously created materials, the author may once accept a personal manifest on the actual current date. After acceptance, the manifest disappears from the author's interface and remains only in the protected administrative evidence log.
The system records the version and complete agreement text, author and work identifiers, date and time, and checksums of the agreement and work or manifest. A later agreement edition does not alter previously recorded acceptances.
5. User rights
Payment for a subscription or other service grants only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of access within the purchased service and paid period. Copying, bulk extraction, resale, public distribution, access sharing, creation of derivative commercial products, or circumvention of technical restrictions is prohibited without the relevant rights holder's separate written permission.
6. Rights-holder notices
A notice of alleged infringement must identify the claimant, protected work, disputed material, basis of rights, and reply contact. Notices should be sent to admin@eraperemen.info. Applicable rights holders may use available legal remedies, including DMCA procedures.
