Broker Connection and Portfolio Data Consent

Version dated 30 August 2026.

This is a separate voluntary consent for the optional connection of a broker, crypto platform, exchange, or aggregator. It is not consent to a paid service or recurring charges. Registration, contract performance, security, and legally required records rely on the independent legal bases described in the Privacy Policy and do not depend on this consent.

1. What I authorise

By selecting an integration provider and confirming a connection, I authorise Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA:

This consent is given only to the US Company. Analytical Agency Era of Changes LLC (Kyrgyz Republic) does not receive this consent, connect the brokerage account, or receive portfolio data or the connection secret.

2. Limits

This consent does not authorise Era of Changes to place trades, move or withdraw funds or assets, change broker-account settings, collect a trading password, or use one user's portfolio for another user. Analytics is informational and does not replace the user's decision or professional advice.

3. Duration, withdrawal, and deletion

Consent remains valid until that connection is disconnected or consent is withdrawn. It may be withdrawn through the same account flow or by emailing admin@eraperemen.info after identity verification. After provider-confirmed disconnection, new synchronisation stops and the active secret is deleted or revoked without undue delay. Imported portfolio data remains until the portfolio/account is separately deleted, the service ends, or another applicable deletion ground arises. Deleted data may remain in isolated backups until scheduled automatic replacement and is unavailable to ordinary operations.

Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and does not override retention required by law or for legal claims.

4. Organisations

A corporate representative confirms authority to connect the organisation's account. Where employee or end-client data is transferred, the organisation confirms its lawful basis and notice obligations and enters a DPA with the US Company before recurring or bulk transfers. A representative must not connect a third party's account without authority.

5. Confirmation record

Before connection, the interface identifies the provider, data categories, access scope, and links to the Privacy Policy, this Consent, and the processors list. The confirmation is recorded with the user identifier, text version, time, and selected provider.

Short checkbox text: “I voluntarily connect the selected account in read-only mode and authorise the disclosed portfolio data to be retrieved and securely processed under the Consent and Privacy Policy. I can disconnect synchronisation at any time.”

6. Paid service is separate

Manual entry and CSV/OFX/QFX import may be available free of charge. Automatic connectivity is offered separately at the price and period displayed before ordering. This checkbox authorises data transfer and processing but does not order a paid service or authorise a charge. A paid order uses a separate unchecked box and future auto-renewal uses another separate optional box. The first amount is only reserved until a successful connection and can be used exclusively from the US Company's “Balance for International Services” under the separate payment consent. This rule applies to automatic connectivity and creates no restriction on article purchases based on material language or country of card issuance.
