Separate Consent to Paid Automatic Connectivity

These terms apply only when the account interface displays an available paid automatic-connection service, its provider — Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC, the exact price, billing period, and available balance. Analytical Agency Era of Changes LLC (Kyrgyz Republic) does not sell this service. Payment consent does not replace the separate consent to transfer and process brokerage/crypto-account data.
1. Price and payment source
Before ordering, the interface displays the monthly price and expressly states that it is paid from the US Company's “Balance for International Services” (internal technical code ERA_US). The price is controlled by the server-side catalogue and cannot be selected by the browser. The eligible available amount and a “Why does this service need a separate balance?” link are also displayed. The Kyrgyz Company's balance, bonus units, and legacy units of unknown origin cannot pay for this service. A higher total shown in the account does not by itself mean that this service can be purchased.
This restriction applies to paid automatic connection of brokerage, exchange, and cryptocurrency accounts; it does not by itself restrict purchase of articles or other digital materials. The language of material and country of card issuance do not determine the seller. For example, a Russian-language article may be purchased through the US Company's checkout where that company is identified as the seller of the material.
If the eligible balance is insufficient, no charge or connection proceeds. The interface identifies the shortfall and displays only top-up methods that identify the US Company as seller before payment confirmation and technically credit the “Balance for International Services.” Opening a top-up method is not itself a purchase; payment still requires separate confirmation on the payment page.
2. First connection
After “Pay and connect” is selected, the displayed amount is reserved: it is temporarily unavailable for articles or other purchases but is not yet finally charged. The amount is captured exactly once only after the provider successfully confirms the read-only connection. If the connection is not completed, is rejected, or expires before confirmation, the reserve is released. An incomplete connection is not treated as a delivered paid service.
3. Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is enabled only through a separate box that is not preselected. If the user does not select it, the first successful paid connection window creates no authority for a future charge. Where auto-renewal is selected, at the beginning of each later period the system verifies the live connection, payment authority, server price, and sufficient available “Balance for International Services.” Only after those checks is an amount reserved and captured. If the eligible balance is insufficient or the authority is invalid, renewal is paused without charging that or another balance and the user is notified.
4. Cancellation and disconnection
A user may disconnect a specific account in the account interface. Disconnecting the last active account cancels future renewals and starts revocation of the payment authority; an already paid period remains available to the extent the service has been delivered. A request that had already crossed the irreversible capture stage before cancellation was received is handled under the applicable Offer and mandatory refund rights. Disconnection stops new synchronisation after provider confirmation but does not automatically erase the already imported portfolio; that data can be deleted separately.
5. Confirmation
Short separate-checkbox text: “I order automatic read-only connectivity from Analytical Agency Era of Changes, LLC for the displayed monthly price from the Balance for International Services. The first amount is reserved now and used only after a successful connection. I understand that the total account amount and other balance components cannot pay for this service and that auto-renewal is enabled only if I select it separately.”
The confirmation record includes the user, text version, provider, price, period, time, and whether auto-renewal was separately selected. Data-processing, paid-order, and auto-renewal confirmations are stored separately.
